Overview

Expanded metal mesh refers to: the metal sheet is processed by special machinery (expanded mesh punching and shearing machine) to form a meshed material object, also known as metal plate mesh, diamond mesh, iron plate mesh, metal expanded mesh, heavy expanded metal mesh  , Pedal nets, perforated plates' aluminum nets, stainless steel expanded nets, granary nets, antenna nets, filter nets, audio nets, etc.

Explanation of relevant parameters

Short pitch (SWM): The length of the short diamond diagonal from the center of the node to the center of the node.

Long Pitch (LWM): The length of the long diamond diagonal from the center of the node to the center of the node.

Short pitch (inner hole) (SWD): the length of the diagonal of the short diamond hole (as shown in the picture)

Long pitch (inner hole) (LWD): The diagonal length of a long diamond hole.  (Pictured)

Strand: The side of the diamond-shaped hole of the expanded metal mesh (as shown in the figure). The stem width is the length of the metal plate used to make a wire stem.

Bond: The junction of two silk stems.

Thickness: The thickness of the original steel sheet.

Roll: A steel mesh wound into a roll indicating a specific length and width.

Production process

The production process of expanded metal is made by punching and cutting metal sheets by a punching and shearing machine, as shown in the figure below.
Application

hallway stairs baffle, tables and chairs, air vents, goods bearing of the box, shelves, etc.
