Products DescriptionThe main accessory of the steel grating is the steel grating installation clip, which is made of high-quality steel plate through machine bending and punching. The mounting clip is strong and durable, easy to install, and can well fix the steel grating.
Model classification
Type A: It is composed of an upper pressing plate with double hooks, a lower pressing plate with teeth and an M8 hexagon socket bolt.
Type B: It is composed of an upper pressing plate with double hooks (one hook can enclose two adjacent steel gratings), a lower pressing plate with teeth and an inner corner bolt M8.
Type C: It consists of an upper pressure plate with double hooks and an M8 hexagon head bolt that can be welded to the supporting member.
Installation method
Two ways of welding and mounting clamp fastening are available. The advantage of welding is that it is permanently fixed and will not loosen.On the first flat steel at each corner of the board, a fillet weld with a weld length of not less than 20mm and a height of not less than 3mm should be fixed on a tight support; the safest method is to directly weld the screw head without clamping. On the beam, ensure that the steel grating will not slip off the beam due to the loosening of the installation clamp. The installation clamp consists of the upper clamp, the lower clamp and M8 round head bolts.
